Worst Song in the World

Postby fat_bastard » 05 Mar 09, 10:57 am

This song was scientifically designed to be the most disliked song in the world, while still being relatively coherent.

Composer Dave Soldier and artists Komar & Melamid took an online poll on their website, and then used the data to scientifically compose “The Most Unwanted Song” of all time. The song is twenty-two minutes and features instruments like bagpipes, tubas and the banjo, with political slogans, advertising jingles and cowboy lyrics.

I couldn't listen to it long enough to find out if they had incorporated "Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep" and "Tie a Yellow Ribbon". :lmao:

OKAY!!! I lasted almost 12 minutes and that only because I was doing something else at the same time. In all my life I have never heard anything so bad as that :banghead: :lmao:

I dare say I found the first few minutes vaguely pleasant. Once it hit the opera, it started to grate on me a little. A real feat would've been to take all of that aural torture and make it into something good.
