Dirtzinert was a much loved forum member who is no longer with us. One of the legacies he left, apart from innumerable laughs and a very naughty turn of phrase, was his idea to give an award for posts that make us laugh, inspire us, astound us or that we generally feel deserve recognition for whatever reason. He named them Dirtz Dollars and I somehow became the book-keeper. :scratch:

I'm sure I didn't volunteer but I've always had a problem saying no.

When he died, it was decided to keep Dirtz Dollars going in him memory and, once again, I somehow ended up doing the donkey work. :roll:

Anyway, you have been awarded D$$100

Anyone can make a nomination for D$$, although it is generally frowned upon to nominate yourself, and I have the deciding vote as to whether they are awarded because I hold the key to the safe. :razz:
