How to get past the stupid ball stage?!

I only got to level 7 but have to give it up as I have to go out..Will continue later... :)

Forget the promises, I got past that!

one long beam, two short beam, 4 triangle boxes, how to do? Guess the promises will have to stay now!

That one had me puzzled for ages. There are two gaps at the floor level. Perhaps in some way the four triangles can make use of them. ;)
