Good news - bad news

Linda Smith was feeling rather bloated so she went to the doctor. After the doctor examined her, he said " mrs smith i've got good news for you". The woman said: "beg your pardon its Miss Smith" Ahh said the doctor " well then Miss Smith, maybe I have bad news for you"!!!
