I think she's at the dentist... and after they stick that thing in her mouth to keep it open... she gagged and couldn't keep in whatever she just ate... Unfortunately someone had a camera nearby and took a picture of it... Looking at it from a distance now... just the thumb... I still don't feel very comfortable... and my stomach feels uneasy... even seeing the thumb...
