She's just qualified as a physiotherapist and is going travelling for a few months before looking for a job. She's slim, blonde, pretty, fit, sporty, funny, intelligent and, judging by her uni pictures, knows how to enjoy life.

Visitors

I've got visitors staying with me ...
I think there's one but there might be three.
They're not very noisy, they don't make much mess.
I really can't say that they're giving me stress.

But I think very soon I'll ask them to go.
I do hope they will, but they might not, you know.
They're really no trouble, so I shouldn't grouse
But it's not that much fun sharing my house ...

It was the craze
For women to be girdled.

I know I'm fat

Thank you, Starfire. Most of my poetry has a comic twist to it, although I have occasionally written 'serious' stuff. Mid_Night_Poet was our most prolific writer but unfortunately she passed away last year so the poetry section here has been rather quiet lately.
