When a restaurant owner found two teenage yobs raiding his beer cellar, he chased them and held them while his staff dialed 999.
Sal Miah assumed police would commend him for catching the young criminals.
But when officers arrived, they arrested 35-year-old Mr Miah on suspicion of a salt and buttery.

I hate what is happening to the UK as well. Its crazy when you cannot even defend yourself or your property. That fellow should have received a citation for his good deed, not been arrested for illegally detaining those poor yobs!

If we have a wall around our property, we aren't allowed to embed glass in the top of it because someone might hurt themselves. If they weren't trying to climb over the wall, they wouldn't risk getting hurt.

Getting pretty bad here too. Apparently it's now against the law in Arizona to defend yourself or your property with automatic weapons.
