Unfortunately, this isn't the first time and probably won't be the last. The world has gone mad.

What is worse...

I can't say for other countries, but in the US years ago a common style of infant photograph was that of the child naked, stomach-down, on a carpet or blanket. Nothing suggestive in the least, just a little one having fun. Well, at some point this became socially unacceptable, to the extent of photo-lab technicians calling the police when/if they encountered such an image during film processing. From what I can recall, more than one parent has been questioned if not arrested over it.

Yes, the world has gone mad. Utterly. :?

I have become very cautious about taking beach photos, going out of my way to make sure no children are in the shot.

It has happened here too, Lonestar. The most public case was one of the (female) news presenters who took photos of her children in the bath when they were tiny and the processors reported it to the police. I have loads of pictures that my father took of me as a baby  naked on a rug/in the bath/on the beach. It was completely normal.
