Personally, I think it is nature gone wrong... a cross between a flounder and a shark! Or some very good photoshopping!

It looks to me like some kind of ray with it's wings 'collapsed' and maybe a bit of photoshopping thrown in for good measure.  :)

It looks pretty fake to me. I'm guessing that it's a hoax.  :eek:
