Resting from six days' work. Trying to, at least.

Regarding winter cold, I've seen the static temperature as low as 10º F [-12º C] here in Dallas, but this was years ago and is very much an exception.

On the other hand, our summers can be brutal enough. Certainly keeps the air-conditioning suppliers and contractors busy.

Hey, that's not fair. Why do you get a day off for her birthday and we don't? :cussing:

And speaking of Queen the actual band that is. The runner up singer on last final episode of american idol sang a song with the actual Queen band. I heard on the radio they are in talks with making him their new potential singer ?? Another band back from the past out to make some more quick bucks !!! $$$$$$ :blah:

seems to be the new thing to do for a lot of old bands lost and forgotten in time to reform and go on tour. Sell out crowds and tones of cash for em !!!

We have had a lot of them come to a couple cities around here to do concerts and the crowds have been amazing. Most of them have been outdoor concerts and I guess that it was so packed that it was like sardines in a can... :)

I quite like Blur, so that may be good. Though in my opinion there's nothing worse than washed-up pop stars. :dontknow:
Apart from Take That, I can't really think of any other come-backs that weren't really underwhelming and generally cringe-worthy.

Oh, and
"Quick! My husband is home! Hide somewhere!"
"I'll hide under your clit - he'll never find me there."
