Not if they hit a semi at 50 miles an hour.

Does it say what happened here? The front right wheel came off. Must have hit something pretty hard.

H2 & H3 are just trading on the name

It makes me laugh that Hummer is making little Mini Me Hummers. Yuppy crap guzzling up the gas. Gee, I wonder why we need iraqs gas so damn much. They only supply us 6% of the oil we import. Hummers drink a gallon every 10 miles? Im not trying to take anyones fun away of enjoying a large vehical, but There has to be a way to make it sip gas while putting out more power.

If we didnt have all those damn Hum-vies and 4x on the road, I wonder if we would have a surplus of fuel.

basic math rules "YES"

Who told you that there was a gas shortage besides our government? Have you seen gas stations close down because they couldn't get gas? Have you seen restrictions on the amount of gas you can purchase? No! If you wanted to buy one million gallons of gas today you could have it delivered within the week. There is no shortage on gas, just a shortage on money if you or I want it. :?

thats expensive though. It cost alot of money to convert water into hydrogen. Even if it becomes mass produce, it might cost more per mile then Gas.

It will be a fallback in the movement to convert to cleaner fuels.

That Hummer must have bumped into a Mercedes.

I agree with Orange Door Hinge on the Hydrogen ... it costs too much to produce and is dangerous to dispense.

Nope, we just gotta tax the Hummers off the road and cruise the higways in smaller cars ... just like most of the developed world .. Japan, Europe, Australia etc.

It appears if we are given the freedom to choose big cars, we do .. and say "stuff the environment"

(and all this from a Mercede owner .. gulp) :D

The HUGE down fall to fuel cell technology is it takes tons of oil to process it (needs a great amount of energy which at this point can only be created with the use of oil), why else do you think dubya supports it...

It is very difficult to do and make just about anything without the use of oil... I HATE THAT!! We have done lots of research on how we can decrease our need for oil and we have done many things to change that... Like I said before, we love our Honda Insight and that was the biggest step yet since we average 3k miles per month and more sometimes!

One guy here got so many jeers from folk all over town that he returned his Hummer to the dealer -- It made the news here in San Diego. (but of course, how many soldiers died in Iraq sure did not)

Thanks telboy ... but if I tell you the truth, I would have to turn you into a dainty couch owned by a very fat couple with a liking to play a game called hide the “salami” and guess which fold...

Born in America, but not by choice...lol... we have plans to leave the country... but surprise there, eh!

Canada! I would love to live in BC Vancouver for sure! Oh sorry, did I drool on you while I was day dreaming about life as a Canadian...

NZ is a dream that is a bit too far from family, but retirement years may be spent there

I'm looking to receive, but I'll seriously have to pass on your offer. Damit I probably won't be able to get it up for a week thinking about that.
