Going to forward to Drew - Bit Defender is a reputable company but I do not know about the effectiveness of their solution.

 :lmao: If he drinks enough he starts think he's tech savvy

All of the security software companies mentioned so far can stop files that have been recognized previously as Flame files.

The problem is that if a certificate of authority is presented to a computer, and the computer thinks the certificate is genuine, it will allow the update. None of the antivirus programs will interfere with a legitimate update - or one they think is legitimate. If the update is bogus your computer becomes infected.

The best defense at this point in time is to make sure you have an update from Microsoft invalidating currently known rogue certificates. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/secu ... n/ms12-036

The good news is that the update is free. But thanks to this cyber warfare program, there will soon be a lot of infected computers used for spam, malware, bot nets, and the like.

Without even looking at the answer, would I be correct in assuming that it says 'Linux'? :lmao:
