my microwave today

Postby breeze » 19 Dec 11, 11:53 am

:banghead: I tried to make dulce de leche, a kind of caramel made from evaporated milk . Normally is made in the oven, but I thought I'm smarter than everyone and I can make it in the microwave. Big mistake. I gave it 10 minutes (instead of 1-2 hours in the oven) and look what I've done. :banghead:
I washed 1 hour.
It had to look like that:

Dearest Breeze, you learned something today, so the experience wasn't a waste.

But, all this discussion of cooking has me hungry. Think I'll go make a quick dinner. In the microwave.
