Add up the cost of a years worth of cigarettes

Or consider that three quarters of women don't smoke and you have no chance of a date, whereas a woman smokes will date a man who does not smoke.

btw ;) That last one worked for me 20 years ago

Go for it, Mugley. You can do it!! Are you using anything to help? Patches, gum, inhalator ... anything like that?

I remember that it was the hardest addiction to break. Harder than stopping heroin according to medical studies

Probably why people are so sanctimonious about it for the next few years after they quit.

Did you know:

World wide, tobacco use causes more than five million deaths a year. For every one person who dies from smoking, twenty more suffer a smoking related illness.

Many diseases are linked to tobacco and nicotine: cardiovascular disease, stroke, lung cancer, cancer of the kidney, cancer of the larynx and neck, mouth cancer and breast cancer

On average, smokers die 13 to 14 years earlier than non-smokers

Approximately 70% of smokers want to quit. About 40% try to quit every year.

Of those who try to quit, about 7% stay off nicotine for more than a year. The vast majority do not make it even a week without cigarettes.
