Once again, sorry, I know it's not nice to make this kind of mistakes. But, with m, or n, Istanbul is beautiful.
My town, Bucharest is written and pronounced in 100 different ways.(well, almost 100)
Bucureşti, Bucuresti, Bucharest, Bukarest, Bukaresti, Bucharesti, Byükarest, etc.
And we pronounce it with m, because we have a grammar rule in our language, before b, it can never be n, only m. Istanbul is an exception.
