I read the FAQ regarding signatures and such.  It says you can add it through your profile.  Am  I blind as I do not see this option.  Please help and I am sorry if this answer is somewhere else that I may have missed.

This is the signature I like to have, but it is too big.
I tried to resize it with this gifresizer and I can't. Not because I don't know how to use it but because something must be wrong in the image.

It is a lovely image but it is 66 frames and 1.99 MB in size which as you can see with this download calculator http://www.kolias.com/computers/downloadtime.htm is a killer for anyone on anything less than broad band.

condensing it to 32 K will not do it justice

There has been some conversation about offering this forum in two flavors, one for narrowband and another for broadband but it is only in the talking stages.
