A SWAT mission is derailed as two officers assigned to watch the target get distracted by the target's unusual neighbors. As this humorous comedy sketch continues and the officers watch the unusual antics of the targets neighbors they begin to realize that they never have fun anymore. In the and as everyone else seems to have joined the party, they decide to leave their post and join the party as well.
